Likewise, with regard to future sales contracts, the amendments stipulated that these contracts be concluded on real estate on which a floor easement or floor ownership was concluded, meaning that the seller who does not have a floor easement or floor ownership of his property; He cannot conclude a forward sale contract to a foreign buyer who intends to apply for Turkish citizenship in exchange for a property.

2. The mortgaged property is not acceptable in citizenship transactions:
The new amendments stipulated that a foreigner’s request to obtain Turkish citizenship would not be accepted in return for a real estate share in property acquired between two or more partners, even if the value of the share exceeds the amount required for citizenship.

This means that the real estate or real estate whose owner will apply for Turkish citizenship must be the exclusive property of the applicant alone.

3. The property purchased on the plan will not entitle its owner to apply for Turkish citizenship:
That is, the property purchased with the aim of obtaining Turkish citizenship cannot be an off-plan property, but rather it must be a property whose construction has begun. Any drug that violates this condition will not be accepted in the procedures for applying for Turkish citizenship.

4. The property sold by a foreigner to a Turkish citizen during the last three years does not nominate its buyer for citizenship:

6. The property purchased from a Turkish citizen who is close to or who acquired citizenship exceptionally is not suitable for obtaining citizenship:
The amendments also stipulated the conditions that must be met in the property to authorize the woman to apply for Turkish citizenship: that the property should not be sold by a Turkish citizen who is related to the foreign buyer, and that the property should not be sold by a Turkish citizen who obtained Turkish citizenship by exceptional means.

7. Other properties that will not nominate their buyers for Turkish citizenship:
It was also stated in the aforementioned amendments that any real estate that has a legal mortgage will not nominate its foreign buyer to apply for Turkish citizenship, and it will not be accepted in its transactions.

Also, the co-ownership deed (which allows ownership for a certain periodic period of time, such as a month in a year or a week in a year, etc.) will not be accepted in the applications for Turkish citizenship.
